FreeRegisteredAgent.com, LLC (“FRA”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of users of FRA’s website, FreeRegisteredAgent.com, LLC (the “Website”). 1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
FRA does not solicit or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If FRA obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, FRA will immediately delete such information from its database. Because FRA does not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, FRA has no such information to use or disclose to third parties. FRA has designed this Privacy Policy in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

2. INFORMATION COLLECTION PRACTICES
(a) Traffic Data. Like most website operators, FRA automatically gathers information of the sort that browsers automatically make available, including: (i) IP addresses; (ii) domain servers; (iii) types of computers accessing the Website; and (iv) types of Web browsers accessing the Website (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify You.

3. INFORMATION USE AND DISCLOSURE PRACTICES
(a) Traffic Data and Information Gathered Using Cookies.
FRA analyzes Traffic Data and information gathered using Cookies to help FRA better understand who is using the Website and how they are using it. By identifying patterns and trends in usage, FRA is able to better design the Website to improve Your experience, and to serve You more relevant and interesting content and advertisements. From time to time, FRA may release Traffic Data and information gathered using Cookies in the aggregate, such as by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the Website. FRA does not attempt to link information gathered using Cookies to Personal Information.
(b) Personal Information

(ii) Disclosure Practices

Except under the following circumstances, FRA will keep Your Personal Information private, and will not share it with third parties.

• Disclosure to Governmental Agencies. FRA provides, among other services, business licensing filing services (collectively, “Filing Services”), which require the filing of official documents with certain federal, state, county, or local agencies (e.g. state offices of the secretary of the state) (collectively, “Governmental Agencies”). In order to prepare and file such official documents, certain Personal Information provided by You must be disclosed to the appropriate Governmental Agency. If You have requested Filing Services, you hereby acknowledge and agree that FRA will disclose certain pieces of Your Personal Information to the appropriate Governmental Agency. You further acknowledge and understand that information received by Governmental Agencies may become public record and subject to inspection and copying by the public. FRA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR DISCLOSURE, SUBSEQUENT USE AND CONTINUED PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED TO, VIEWED, OR DOWNLOADED BY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES.

• Disclosure in Connection with Services. FRA discloses Personal Information to those who help it provide services, including those who perform technical, administrative and data processing tasks such as hosting, billing, fulfillment, and data storage and security.

• By Law or to Protect Rights. FRA discloses Personal Information when required to do so by law, or in response to a subpoena or court order, or when FRA believes in its sole discretion that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of FRA, third parties or the public at large.

• Business Transfers; Bankruptcy. 4. CONSENT TO RECEIVE EMAIL FROM FRA
By registering with the Website, you thereby consent to receive periodic email communications regarding the services. As part of registration, You may also elect to receive periodic email communications regarding special offers and other promotions (collectively, “Special Offers”). In such an event, we will remove that credit card number, bank account information, other financial institution information, user name or password from Your account and updated our records accordingly.

From time to time, FRA may conduct contests, giveaways and other promotions (collectively, “Promotional Activities”). From time to time, FRA may also ask You to participate in surveys designed to help FRA improve the Websites or Services.
